Fall into the gap

This morning, I woke up to a loud wind rattling against my ancient windows. To some, the fall breeze signifies a new school year, the end of summer, the beginning of what will turn into a bitter winter that makes us all reevaluate why we live in Minnesota.

Those things are all happening but to me, the wind seemed to be crying sonething else.

'Are you quite sure you have enough cardigans? Probably you should buy some more just in case. Those ones with the ruffle accents on them are especially necessary because they have more fabric and are therefore warmer.'
